A great way to save some money on your next holiday is to check out free camping locations. If you are looking for a place to spend some time there is a lot of public lands out there that we are entitled to use. I think that these sites offer some of the most beautiful and serene camping locations that you will find. If you are just looking for a place to get a few hours of sleep before you move on there are a lot of parking lots and truck stops that will be suitable.
Below is a collection of websites, some of which you can add to your favorite free camping sites too. So let’s keep camping the way it should be, free.

Remember when looking for a place to spend the night, always obey the posted signage, and be respectful. Always leave the site cleaner than when you got there.
